Hilary Duff is currently in France promoting her new book ‘Elixir’, but that doesn’t mean she can’t find some down time. The actress turned author was photographed checking out a variety of designer shops during yesterday afternoon’s Parisian shopping spree.

Hilary checked out Chanel, Marc Le Bihan, Hermes and Isabel Marant … JUST TO NAME A FEW. I can’t IMAGINE what she picked up!!

Stepping out for City of Lights promotions, Hilary Duff paid a visit to NRJ Radio studios in Paris on Thursday (February 3).

The "Lizzie McGuire" hottie happens to be in the French capital city while promoting her literary work titled Elixir.


Getting a kick out of the overseas shutterbugs, Miss Duff tweeted along the way, "French paps! Lol. They are actually very friendly here"

Meanwhile, it sounds as if the trip got off on the right foot, as Hilary wrote, "@nikosofficiel Doing your show was a perfect way to start my Paris trip! Much love to you and your gang!

Hilary Duff was seen leaving Neiman Marcus yesterday afternoon in Beverly Hills. The actress made a quick stop before heading to the gym for a private lesson with her trainer.

There were reports earlier this week that Hilary Duff was pregnant. We now know that those rumors weren’t true. Hilary herself released a statement confirming she is not expecting.

Must be so hard to have to deal with so many lies on a weekly basis.

“They weren’t actively trying to conceive but agreed that if it happened, it happened,” her close friend tells Star.
“They’re ecstatic.”

They’re reporting that she’s about 7 weeks along.

Hilary Duff to star in new Spider-Man?

Hollywood actress Hilary Duff has reportedly been spotted with the script of the new Spider-Man movie, sparking rumours that she is to appear in the film franchise.

According to contactmusic.com, the actress was spotted with a script entitled Spider-Man” with a character called “Girl" highlighted on it.

However, it has been claimed the new movie which sees British actor Andrew Garfield take on the role of Peter Parker, previously played by Tobey Maguire, would not feature Mary Jane Watson, the lead female previously portrayed by Kirsten Dunst.

Hilary recently appeared in Gossip Girl (2009) and has a number of movies to be coming up in 2011, including Dolphin's Tale and The Gift Horse”.

She is also working on The Story of Bonnie and Clyde alongside Thora Birch, which is due for release later this year. (taheena)
